After the cargo is loaded into the ship the commanding officer will provide the mate receipt to the exporter once the port payments are done by an exporter.

Shipping bill number and date.
Types of Mate's Receipts:
(a) Clean Mate's Receipt:
This clean mate’s receipt is issued by the commanding officer once they sure about the goods don’t have any defect in the package.
(b) Qualified Mate's Receipt:
This Qualified mate’s receipt is issued by the commanding officer if there is any defect in the package and they are not responsible for that.
